To view an amplicon visually, click an amplicon link in the Amplicon Coverage Report screen to view the results in the Ion Reporter™ Genomic Viewer(IRGV) or the Integrative Genomics Viewer , depending on your viewer settings. For more information, see Set IRGV or IGV as the default viewer.
