Ion AmpliSeq™ and Ion AmpliSeq™ HD panel types

AmpliSeq.com offers the following design and ordering options for Ion AmpliSeq™ and Ion AmpliSeq™ HD research panels.

• Ion AmpliSeq™ On Demand panels of optimized amplicons for germline analysis. These panels are configurable to a specific human disease area, and ordered in small reaction packs.

• Made-to-Order Ion AmpliSeq™ Custom DNA panels for germline or somatic analysis of any genome, and Made-to-Order Ion AmpliSeq™ Custom RNA panels for analysis of human gene expression and gene fusion events. These panels are ordered in large reaction packs.

• Made-to-Order Ion AmpliSeq™ HD Custom ultra high-sensitivity DNA and RNA panels for liquid biopsy or somatic analysis of human DNA variants and RNA fusion events, including UMTs (Unique Molecular Tags) and dual barcodes.

• Oncomine™ tumor specific panels, optimized for use with FFPE-derived DNA and RNA. Cancer-type specific core panels can be customized by adding or removing gene targets from inventory. Each panel consists of 2 DNA primer pools and an optional RNA pool for fusion event detection.

• Ion AmpliSeq™ Kitted Panels, predesigned DNA and RNA panels for different applications. These panels are ordered in small reaction packs.
