To view an amplicon visually, click an amplicon link in the Amplicon Coverage Report screen to view the results in the Ion Reporter™ Genomic Viewer(IRGV) or the Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV), depending on the viewer settings. For more information, see Set IRGV or IGV as the default viewer.
