Open and review analysis results

To open analysis results:

  1. In the Analysis tab, click Overview.
  2. In the Analyses table, click the name of the analysis for which you want to view analysis results.

    Analyses that are available to view have an active link. You cannot view analyses that are still running.

    The Analysis Results table opens to show a list of variants and detailed information about the variants. You can customize the view of the analysis results. For more information, see and Edit Analysis Results.

    The Allele Coverage column reports counts for all reported alleles, not only genotype alleles. In contrast, the Allele Read Count filter sets the minimum count of the genotype alleles.

  3. Click an option above the list of variants to show a different view of variants, annotations and other analysis results data, such as the following for results from analysis workflows that use a Research Application of DNA.
    • Summary
    • Functional
    • Population
    • Ontologies
    • Pharmacogenomics
    • Somatic
    • QC
