View RNA exon variants

You can visualize intragenic exon rearrangements with RNA exon variants graphs.

  1. In the Analyses tab, click Overview.
  2. Select the checkbox in the row of the analysis that you want to visualize, then click Visualize.
  3. Click the RNA Exon Variant tab.
    The RNA Exon Variant graph is displayed.
