Samples tab overview

You can access the list of available samples in the Samples table, which is located in the Samples tab, in the Overview screen.

  2. The Overview screen in the Samples tab. Click the screen name to toggle between the different screens.

  3. The Presets screen. For more information, see Sample presets.

  4. The Analyzed: All filter is the default filter that is set on the Samples tab. For more information, see Filter samples.

  5. More Filters allows you to add additional filters to the Samples table.

  6. Refresh refreshes the list of samples.

  7. Apply Preferences to customize how the Samples table is organized. For more information, see Customize the Samples table.

  8. Define Samples allows you to assign a unique sample name to a collection of one or more BAM files and the corresponding sample attributes. You can also add or remove sample attributes and edit existing sample attribute values. For more information, see Sample definition.

  9. You can enter keywords or text strings in the Search box to narrow the list of samples. For more information, see Search for samples.

  10. Additional filters, added by using More Filters.

  11. Table columns with information about the sample. For more information, see Sample attributes.

  12. (Analyzed sample) Indicates that a sample has been analyzed.

  13. (Locked sample) Indicates that a sample is locked and cannot be edited.

  14. (Transferred sample) Indicates that the sample was transferred to a user in another organization

  15. Details provides additional information about the selected sample.
