This appendix contains information that is relevant to the Oncomine™ analysis workflows in Ion Reporter™ Software. Each table in the appendix summarizes the criteria that is used by the Oncomine™ Variant Annotator plugin to find and annotate variants. The information shown in the Annotation Criteria columns is provided in VCF files. The variants are annotated for each listed variant type only if all of the conditions in the corresponding Annotation Criteria column are satisfied.
