Software is unresponsive and cannot be rebooted
Software screen freezes or is unresponsive
Note: This applies to Ion Reporter™ Server only.
When using a local Ion Reporter™ Server, the Ion Reporter™ Software screen freezes or becomes unresponsive,
and you are unable to open the software, and/or unable to reboot the
software.
Possible cause | Recommended action |

| Disk crash on Ion Reporter™ Server. IMPORTANT! If there are backups available
for the Ion Reporter™ Server, recovery of data to the
last backup might be possible. If there are no backups, then the data might be
lost. | Work with your Field Support Engineer (FSE) or Technical Support to back up data. |
