Software is unresponsive and cannot be rebooted

Software screen freezes or is unresponsive Note: This applies to Ion Reporter™ Server only. When using a local Ion Reporter™ Server, the Ion Reporter™ Software screen freezes or becomes unresponsive, and you are unable to open the software, and/or unable to reboot the software.	Disk crash on Ion Reporter™ Server. IMPORTANT! If there are backups available for the Ion Reporter™ Server, recovery of data to the last backup might be possible. If there are no backups, then the data might be lost.	Work with your Field Support Engineer (FSE) or Technical Support to back up data.
