Change Y-axis height in Whole Genome aneuploidy visualization
You can expand the height of the Y-axis when you view whole genome aneuploidy analysis results
in Ion Reporter™ Genomic Viewer (IRGV). By default the image of the
data is 300 pixels high. IRGV includes the option to double
this height to 600 pixels. The expanded view is useful when you review mosaic data,
because more data is shown on a single plot and more space is available between data
points, making the mosaic data more pronounced.
Under the Analyses tab, click Overview.
Select one or more analyses in the Analysis Results screen, then click Visualize.
In the IRGV & Generate Report
tab, scroll to the bottom of the visualization, then click IRGV/Export & Preferences
> Show IRGV preferences to expand the
Preferences
section.
