Mosaic workflows call triploid male biopsies (69, XXY). Mosaic events on chrX and chrY are
called in 69, XXY samples since three copies of autosomes will be normalized to 2N at a
ratio of 1.5 (3/2 = 1.5), thus 2N chrX should be called 1.33 (2/1.5 = 1.33) and 1N chrY
should be called 0.66 (1/1.5 = 0.66).
