What can I do if I am locked out of my account?

  • If you are a server user and have been locked out of your account (system locks you out after five attempts to login in with an incorrect password), you must contact your administrator to reset your password.   • If you use Ion Reporter™ Software on Thermo Fisher™ Connect Platform, click Sign In, then click Having trouble signing in? on the sign in form to reset your password.
